Advance Retainer & Invoicing
Cancellation & SPV Provisions
BlackBull Law House maintains sole facilitation authority. All external intermediaries, buy-side finders, and sell-side facilitators operate under BlackBull supervision. Exactly 0.25% of BlackBull margin is allocated to verified third-party agents involved in bringing or settling the transaction.
BlackBull submits qualifying deals only after confirming the buyer meets minimum ticket requirements. An advance legal fee deposit is billed on formal invoice prior to asset dossier release, then adjusted and reimbursed in full from final deal margin settlement upon closing.
If a deal is cancelled by the seller, BlackBull refunds 100% of costs to the buyer. If cancelled by the buyer, the advance fee is 100% forfeited toward diligence management. To avoid conflict, BlackBull can incorporate dedicated SPVs under buyer portfolio, with all formation costs borne by buyer.
